what is it?

breathwork is an interactive meditation that uses a three part Breath to bypass the overthinking mind, open the waiting heart and connect to your truth within.

What does it do?

Breathwork releases entrenched thoughts and beliefs, suppressed feelings and somatized pain. While the breathing technique invites the mind to focus on the breath, the parasympathetic nervous system kicks in and the body decompresses. In doing so, the heart opens and energy begins to easily flow. As energy flows, the body enlivens and you are able to connect to your true Self.

How is breathwork for sensitives different?

Sometimes breathwork sessions can entail catharsis. Breathwork for Sensitives allows that catharsis to be intentional and gentle. Techniques such as affirmations, vocal toning, aromatherapy and compassionate touch are used to accomplish this.
